Is the snapshot genuinely free?

Yes. There's no fee, no card required and no obligation to take anything further. We share it because it's the fastest way to show what we do.

Why do you need the branch postcode?

Google's local results depend on where the search is made. Using your branch postcode gives you a realistic picture of what sellers and landlords near you actually see.

Do you need access to our Google Business Profile?

No. The snapshot is built from what's publicly visible on Google — the same view a customer sees. Access is only needed later if you ask us to help implement changes.

Can you check several offices?

Yes. Send us one to start with. If you'd like snapshots for additional branches, we'll follow up after you've seen the first.

Can you check Sales, Lettings and Property Management separately?

Yes — each has its own local competition. Tell us which service to prioritise on the form and we'll base your snapshot on that.

What if we already use an SEO agency?

The snapshot works alongside existing SEO. It focuses on local visibility around your branch — the map pack, profile, reviews and nearby competitors — which is a different discipline to broader website SEO.
